I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Rosha.
I ordered three lamps from your brand, trusting that I was paying a premium for unique design and superior quality. However, I was shocked to discover that the exact same lamps—identical in design, quality, and finish—are available on Amazon for less than half the price, simply under a different brand name.
This is deeply misleading and feels like a breach of the trust customers place in your brand. Charging more than double for what appears to be the exact same product without any meaningful differentiation is unfair and deceptive.
I request that you either:
Return the product and process a full refund for my order, or
Compensate me by providing additional products equivalent to the excess amount I have paid I.e three similar products of my choice.
I hope Rosha values its customers and takes this complaint seriously. I look forward to a fair and satisfactory resolution at the earliest.
